My fiancé and I have lived in this apartment complex for over 3 years. We have absolutely no complaints. The apartments are beautiful, the scenery is gorgeous, and the staff and management are SO helpful, respectful, and easy to talk to. Any maintenance issues are always fixed ASAP- very pain-free. We even moved from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment in this complex, and it was such an easy transition- no complications at all.

Boulder Springs is the best complex I’ve lived in. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The Property Manager is very knowledgeable about the property and policies. The maintenance team is fantastic. Every issue we had over our 5 year stay was handled timely and fixed to a high standard. Snow was removed before I left for work every day, including roadways and sidewalks. Location of Boulder Springs is great! It’s quiet but close to everything. A quick walk will get you to Hinkson trail.

Great community to live at and very family friendly. The staff are so nice and always approachable. The facilities and club house always clean and well maintained. One of the safest areas in CoMo and its very well served, not to mention the closeness to MU campus. I have been here for 3 years and Im heading towards my 4th renewal.

I would 100% recommend living here. I have spent many years in this complex and could go on and on about how amazing the staff, facilities, and apartments are. The maintenance team is amazing and efficient and the staff is friendly and always accommodating. This complex is also so dog friendly! Everyone knows all the dogs and always has treats on the ready! Absolutely love this place.

Phenomenal office staff and maintenance crew. My neighbors are unbelievable they actually assisted in helping me move in. The parking is free game and there are so many spots. My friends came into town for homecoming and were shocked with how nice my apartment is.
